Process Gauge Assembly
reduces potential leaks.
All-welded process gauge and diaphragm seal assembly consists of
SOLFRUNT 1981 process gauge with stainless steel internals mounted and
welded onto M&G diaphragm seal, which is available with 316L stainless
steel or Hastelloy C wetted parts. Design with seamless Bourdon tube
provides minimal leak paths. Standard units have female top for
instrument connection and NPT male bottom for process connection.All-Welded
Process Gauge and Diaphragm Seal Reduces Cost and Potential Leaks
FEASTERVILLE, PA-AMETEK U.S. Gauge's all-welded process gauge and
diaphragm seal offers customers a lower cost alternative to an
individual gauge and diaphragm seal with the added benefit of a
reduction in potential leaks. U.S. Gauge's rugged, high-quality SOLFRUNT
1981 process gauge with stainless steel internals is mounted and welded
onto an AMETEK M&G diaphragm seal. The diaphragm seal is available with
either 316L stainless steel or Hastelloy C wetted parts. The unit's
all-welded seal-to-gauge design and seamless Bourdon tube provide fewer
leak paths than competitive models. Standard units have a female top for
the instrument connection and a = NPT male bottom for the process
connection. Other connections or materials are available.
The all-welded process gauge and diaphragm seal are backed by U.S.
Gauge's 100-year experience in process measurement. The units are
available for quick delivery from U.S. Gauge's Bartow, Florida,
distribution center or from its worldwide network of authorized
distributors.
